Most lenders will only allow title to be taken in a personal name, but we do have a small number of lenders which will allow for corporate title. Therefore: It is better to be generous with your calculations and to factor in possible additional costs which may come up! To mention the three most important ones: tax comparison of loan cost, interest and rental income \/ maximize control through the bank \/ building of credit history in the USA (only possible with liabilities!!) You may want to speak to your accountant, a US accountant or an attorney before you make your decision. \t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1c20745 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-child\" data-id=\"1c20745\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7779ebb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7779ebb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Application of a mortgage after construction started<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ee93f50 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ee93f50\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Those who do not apply for a mortgage until after construction started will be confronted with an immense time &#8211; and cost commitment: for every service provider and delivery so-called &#8220;Lien Waivers&#8221; have to be obtained. This can take several weeks. In the meantime, construction has to be stopped.
