Purchasing our 2nd home in Florida was a dream which was only possible thanks to the support given by Paul International.
As CH citizens, getting one in the US might indeed be very complex. We tried once 2 years ago without any success. Under the guidance of Paul International, we were successful this time and we were finally able to access to our dream within the agreed deadline.
Paul International and its staff was extremely supportive and helped us during all the different financial steps. I was mainly in touch with Marisa Zahn, who really made the difference and I would like to thank her for what she did.

On the way to our own home in the USA, Paul International helped us in an exemplary manner to realize our dream. Immediately after making contact and completing a self-disclosure form, we had a preliminary document in our hands with which we could start looking for a property on site. After this part was completed and we had decided on a trusted building contractor, the team from Paul International guided us through the jungle of documents and prepared all the forms so that we always knew what we were signing and could fill everything in correctly. We would like to emphasize the help with a package of documents, which we would never have filled out correctly at the first attempt without Ms. Zahn.
The team from Paul International helped us to complete all the formalities in a short space of time so that we could start building on our desired date. The team also did all the work for us in contact with the banks and the title agency.
If we were to build again, we would always choose PI. Special thanks at this point to Ms. Zahn, who was really available for us at almost any time.
I can also recommend the seminars on Florida offered by PI, which provide valuable information on buying or building a property in the USA.

I would like to thank you and your colleagues for all your efforts, even now in the follow-up to the settlement of the accounts.
