„Kirsten Paul“ wurde uns vor vielen Jahren von einem Freund empfohlen, und wir lernten sie erstmals persönlich auf einem Florida-Sun-Seminar in Frankfurt am Main kennen. Damals ahnten wir noch nicht, wie wertvoll sich diese Empfehlung einmal erweisen würde. Über mehrere Jahre hinweg fanden wir leider kein Haus, das sowohl unseren Vorstellungen als auch unserem Budget entsprach.

Als wir uns schließlich entschieden, dauerhaft nach Florida umzuziehen, fanden wir unser Traumhaus – und genau in diesem Moment wurde Frau Lydia Reddict von Paul Consulting zu einem unverzichtbaren Teil unseres Weges. Sie erstellte für uns ein Finanzierungsangebot und begleitete uns professionell durch den gesamten Kauf- und Closing-Prozess. Als ausländische Käufer ohne tiefere Kenntnisse des US-amerikanischen Immobilien- und Finanzierungssystems wären wir ohne ihre Expertise ehrlich gesagt völlig verloren gewesen.

Lydia erklärte jeden einzelnen Schritt geduldig und verständlich, beantwortete unzählige Fragen und führte uns sicher durch alle Anforderungen, bis die Finanzierung abgeschlossen und das Closing erfolgreich beendet war. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar – auch abends oder am Wochenende – und gab uns stets ein Gefühl von Sicherheit und Vertrauen. Während und nach dem Closing stellte sie sicher, dass die Title-Gesellschaft alles korrekt und vollständig in unserem Sinne abwickelte.

Erst durch diese Erfahrung wurde uns bewusst, wie komplex und detailreich eine solche Transaktion tatsächlich ist. Lydias Unterstützung war von unschätzbarem Wert, ihre Professionalität herausragend und die Finanzierungsgebühr mehr als fair.
